Rajdeo Shaw is an educator, martial arts instructor, author, and social contributor from Champdani, Hooghly, West Bengal. With more than a decade of experience in education, he has dedicated his career to shaping young minds through academic excellence, discipline, and character development.
Currently serving as the School In-charge of Daffodils High School and Prabhavati Adarash Vidyalaya, he plays a key role in academic leadership and student development.
As the Founder and Chief Instructor of Grow Martial Arts Club, Rajdeo Shaw has trained numerous students in martial arts and self-defense, promoting confidence, discipline, and perseverance.
He is also the author of five books—Kamzor, Champdani, Indira Maidan, Massive Storm, and Unconfessed Love—reflecting his passion for literature and creative expression.
Driven by a strong commitment to social welfare, he continues to inspire and empower individuals through education, martial arts, literature, and community service.
